"Excellent stay"

"I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...

"The hotel staff are wonderful but the cleanliness of the room is lacking. However, the rooms are big and have everything you need to stay for awhile. The pool area is very nice and the beach is just across the street. You are about 15-20 minutes from Lucaya Market."

"so the property was nice. the restaurant’s food was not good at all. the buffet food was good but the ladies had a nasty attitude and not welcoming. some of the staff were nice and some were very rude. the toilet barely flushed and the light in the room at night was not good. however i liked the place it was really nice and peaceful.
