"TBH, the property is showing it's age. It certainly doesn't measure up to othe Ritz Carlton properties we've stayed at. What was consistent though, was the very amicable and professional staff. Top notch people. For the price, we will stay at the Intercontinental or other similar property for a significant drop in price with similar service."

"This was a beautiful hotel but our room wasn't the cleanest room. There was makeup smeared on the bathroom walls, someone else's old contact lenses on the floor. The window shudders in our room were broken so we had to put our luggage in front of the windows to keep the shudders closed because there weren't any curtains. Otherwise it was beautiful and the staff were amazing!"

"Always an amazing place to stay! The staff is available for anything you might need. Great bar and pool to relax on property. Plenty of places within a couple blocks to get something to eat. Just a few blocks from the flea market. Five blocks from Jackson Square. One of the best things is that it is removed enough that you can relax and enjoy a bit of less noise. But a few blocks in any direction and you are right in the party! Shopping, food, drinking, sights, history... The list goes...
