“Overall, the condo complex is a little dated and run down and could use a facelift. The condo unit itself fit our needs perfectly. We pretty much needed a homebase while in the area and this worked just fine. It's cozy, but provides more space than a hotel room. For the price, it was spot on. The hosts were great. We accidently left an item when we checked out. They mailed it back to us (no charge) and we had it in just a couple of days. I would stay there again if we ever return to the area.”

“The rental was as advertised! GPS did take us to a different parking lot, but we easily navigated to the correct building based on unit number. The king bed was very comfortable and the entire rental was extremely clean!! Bathroom was a little small, but that is to be expected in a condo. There was plenty of parking. You could tell the neighborhood/complex was an older establishment when you drove up, but it was a nice part of town, and the area was quiet. The owners did a nice job on the inside……

“We loved our stay at the Paradiso. The vibe was so cool, comfortable, really clean, and so fun. The location was fantastic, easy parking, right in the middle of the city. The owners were very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks!”

“We stayed here for three nights for a wedding. The condo was very clean and was in an excellent location for walking to restaurants. Claire was wonderful to work with and provided very good and explicit communication.”

“We were in town for two nights to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. She received her College of nursing pin on Friday then University graduation ceremony on Saturday. Check-in was a breeze, parking was no problem at all, and the downtown location was fantastic. We walked to Carson‘s for dinner and to Rupp for the ceremony. Will certainly consider this property for future weekend stays during football season…”

“Serenity Place is a swanky and cozy condo in such a great location to downtown. We had no shortage of options of places to walk and things to do as the condo is right across from a plaza where they have live music on Thursday and a farmers market on Saturday. Restaurants and bars surround the place and our group was very happy with the location. The condo is beautiful and was roomy enough for our group of 6 to be very comfortable. The property owner was very responsive and was a delight to……

“Small space but it had everything we needed. Fast response from the host for 1 small issue. Some upgrades and repairs are needed but you can't beat the price.10 minutes to Buffalo Trace was a great start on a daily Bourbon hunt. DaVinci's Pizza was delicious.”

The house was everything we were looking for close to Lexington but also in a quiet place were we could relax in the evening. The house was super clean and the check in process was very easy.
