“I stayed here for a month and loved it. Everything was very clean. The host was very attentive and helped us out several times over our stay. Great amenities. Very comfortable bed as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back next time I am in the area.”

“The beds and linens were good. The kitchen was clean as were the bathrooms except for the shower. It showed growing mildew and the tub definitely needs help. Also, the rug in the living room, and the fabric on the chairs really needs cleaning. The biggest problem and actual hazard, was the burned out lighting on the long, steep, narrow stairs. It was an adequate place to sleep, but not a nice place to hang out.”

“Very run down, extremely dirty. The dust on the popcorn ceiling was unbelievable to us. The furnace/AC filter seriously needs replaced. We killed crickets, which are scorpion food. The carpet was gross, lots of clutter with empty wrappers under the bed and under the furniture. We rented it for four nights but left after two. Just very disappointing. “The condo community is densely populated, lots of cars, but quiet. Heard no 'people' noise, but with the patio door open, when the hospital helicopters were flying, kinda noisy. The condo itself had most everything that you need, and my only concern is that for longer stays (I was there 5 weeks), they really do need a vacuum. HUGE living room TV, and newer appliances. FYI, the bed mattress is VERY soft. Good access to some biking trails, and short drives to good hiking trails.”

“Great location for multiple ballparks. The view of golf course was outstanding. The water holes attracted numerous birds which were fun to follow. Lots of good places to eat close by.”

“I was displeased with bedding cover which had lint balls, towels could have been brighter, laundry room door was off track and we didn't have cable service for two days. One of the neighbors had a dog that barked every morning between 6:30 & 7am, which was very disturbing especially when your on vacation.”

However starting with the communication from the Hosts before our stay until checkout it was 100% the best experience we have ever had staying away from home. Our stay was over Easter weekend and when we arrived there was an Easter egg hunt for our children. A welcome basket full of snacks, and a fridge full of beverages. “First off, the location of my stay was incredible! Walking distance to shopping outlets, fast food, and even restaurants which was an amazing! From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems.
