“The house was well equipped and clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We had a great view of the beach because the lot in front of hasn’t built a house yet. A short and easy walk to the beach, even carrying a light weight backpack beach chair and beach bag. The beach isn’t overly crowded. The pool is small but very enjoyable to relax in. Would be perfect for little kids to play in. Short drive to surrounding restaurants.”

“Our bungalow was beautiful and made our stay with children very easy. So much to do around the area and the resort is beautiful, it’s also huge so travel takes awhile. Checking into the front desk would be the downfall to this trip. It takes a long time for them to check in each group. And they never told me when I checked in I could sign a golf cart rental agreement so I had to come back for that and wait longer in line. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we plan on coming back. ”

“We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay, but just a heads up the indoor pool is unbearably cold. Also, during our stay we had to run off two guys that were trying to break into our truck so if you’re staying here, make sure everything is locked up! Hotel staff were friendly. Grounds were kept clean. Our room was as expected. My biggest complaint is there are no safety lock features on the door other than the usual deadbolt which is accessible to your toddlers. If you have little ones that like to escape, avoid……

“This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. The location is simply unbeatable! You won’t be disappointed with this place!! So take my next paragraph with that in mind! Now, Management was excellent through the booking process and all the way up until checkin. Then…impossible to reach on checkin day! We had an issue as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived at……

The balcony is literally as close to the ocean as you can get and the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was very easy and doable with 2 kids. The pool with the hot tubs across the street was perfect for unwinding after being on the beach all day.”
