“You absolutely cannot beat the location of this property. It was as described and had pretty much everything you need. The only problem we had was the lockbox to where the key for storage for the grill / other amenities (assuming washer and dryer) we could not get unlocked. Other than that, everything was awesome. Will be looking to stay at this property again.”

“The stay was excellent, a beautiful home with lovely touches to make you feel comfortable. Overall I gave the highest rating, but the TV didn’t work. The manager was attentive but still took a few days to resolve the issue. Also, pool guy arrived unannounced to service the pool, I would have preferred notice. As I said it was overall perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and charm, would recommend it!”

“Well, the day was good. I love the pool. The house was nice. The only thing was just checking in was a little difficult, but the management was great. They were fair. The only downfall was there was a lot of mosquitoes, but that was due to the rain wasn’t too crazy about the view, but that’s OK Would recommend it. Maintenance was wonderful. The communication was great. They’re making things right when things were wrong.”

“We stayed with a large group at the house and it was awesome, everything you can expect from a beach house: Great location, Great House, Great Hospitality. The house slept our 21 people extremely comfortably pretty much a room for every couple. The house had some very minor issues when we arrived and Bob and the ECDI staff were very prompt to correct them and make our stay awesome. If you have a large group this is the place for you! Thanks to Bob and the whole team for an awesome experience!”

“This rental was all we could ask for. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival, and everything in the house was of high quality and in great shape. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for a rental. We had everything we needed to cook and especially enjoyed the outside grilling area. The beach was only a short walk away, and the beach supplies included in the garage were super helpful. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. We had 4 families with children that spent most of our time……

“We had a wonderful trip. My mom, boyfriend and I were in Destin for my cousin’s graduation from Niceville High. We decided to make the most of it and booked our stay a few weeks ago. We even brought our two dogs. The house was really nice, exceptionally clean and in a wonderful location. We were less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved it and would definitely come back.”

“We had a great vacation at Livin' the Dream! We had three kids under 7 and seven adults and we fit wonderfully in the house. The kitchen was very well equipped, and everyone was very comfortable in their own bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool every day and it was a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Mike and Leiann are great hosts and made it very accommodating to enjoy our vacation in Destin.”
