Convenient location to the water park. Nice, clean, hotel and rooms. Good variety of breakfast items. Friendly staff upon check in. The guy on duty at checkout could’ve been a bit friendly. Smile at him when getting the rolling cart and he didn’t smile or speak. I dismissed it, but as we were dropping the keys in the checkout basket I smiled at him again and no nothing, but the couple behind us he spoke and asked them if they enjoyed their stay. That let me know that he noticed me and my smiles but chose to ignore me. Other than that all went well this trip and we will be back!

Was convenient for visiting Tropic Falls. The housekeeping was horrible stayed from Tuesday to Friday did not clean the room. Had to ask for towels every night upon return. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. Leaving trash and towels outside the room was not very pleasing to look at. The lady at the phone desk when we checked in was very pleasant. Breakfast was okay no meat options if you don’t eat beef or pork.

Elevator buttons hard to locate. No lotion or extra toiletries provided. Needed more pillows and blankets for beds. Coffee left in coffee maker. Needed more towels. Breakfast was just ok. Asked for early check in for special needs child, room not ready until after 4:00 pm.

Perfectly located with lots of entertainment and shopping nearby. Short drive to the beach. The facility itself is well cared for and offers modern amenities. Breakfast ends a bit early, but other than that, no complaints.
