No elevator is only detractor. I usually don't use one anyway but if you have limited mobility or have a lot of luggage or heavy items it is inconvenient if you're on the second floor. Staff were very friendly.

Large room. Clean. Well equipped with microwave and fridge. Friendly staff. Breakfast had plenty of choices, although most items had to be microwaved. They should provide more than one microwave so people don't have to wait. I will stay again.

The only complaint we have is a lack of grab bars in the tub/shower, especially since the step-in is too high. This is a real safety issue and is easily rectified. Otherwise, everything was just fine. We would definitely stay there again.
