"Perfect 2 bedroom spot in Kingsmill community. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee to get you started. Great back patio to watch golfers come up the fairway. Cant access Kingsmill golf courses and amenities, but great to walk around the beautiful community. Perfect for a couples trip. The unit was very clean and updated. Wonderful for a quick weekend away!"

"We had a wonderful time at the condo! The grounds of Kingsmill are beautiful. The condo was spacious and so tastefully decorated. Lots of space to spread out and all the conveniences you could want. We read, relaxed, cooked, watched TV and slept like logs on the comfy bed. We so appreciated having laundry handy too as we did a lot of outdoor activities during our visit. "We found this place last minute so we could travel from Pa to say our see you layers to our Marine. Super clean, large place. Wonderful views of the ocean from the living room/kitchen windows. Everything we needed to get that family time in! If he ends up bk in port after deployment we’ll be back!!! Rick was great to work with, allowed us to move our bikes into the foyer area so they were safer. Thank you!!"

"Kingsmill is a great getaway, the condo was just as listed. The host was very responsive. Just a short stroll to the waterfront. It's a great place to unwind, take many walks on the trails and see all the great historic sites in the area. Would definitely return."

"We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It backs up to trees and a lake, and you can see the top of the roller coaster at Busch Gardens across the lake. It was an easy check-in process, it was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues. There was an odor in the kitchen sink (probably in the disposal). The A/C and heat were reversed in the back king bedroom. The wi-fi password was wrong, and there was no cable (or instructions for TV) in 2 of the bedrooms....

"Everything was as advertised, Property Manager was wonderful. We traveled there to complete arrangements for a wedding we booked for our daughter in October at the Oyster Creek Farm. We rented a golf cart which was fun to cruise around town. The home was clean. had plenty of amenities. It was a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed it very much. This is a great place to stay!!!"

"This was our second stay at the house and it was fantastic both times. The property manager is so easy to work with and the house had everything that we wanted! We loved the large family room/living room space. The house is right next to a canal, which is nice to be able to go out and look at the water in the morning and/or throughout the day."
