Spectacular getaway.. Amazing view ..
My husband and I have been to several “getaways” in the past 15 or more years, for our Anniversary, ( This was our 48th ). We’ve had some very nice, some average, some not so nice. Sunrise Point Retreat out shined 99% of the others! The pictures on the VRBO don’t do it justice! The property is Exceptional! The house sets up on a small hill, probably around 3 acres, overlooking a beautiful valley. The house is probably less than three years old. Walking into the house, I was blown away with how perfect the layout was, the view from the front cover deck, large bathrooms with amazing walk-in showers, and most of all, how clean it was. Did I say CLEAN. ( very important to us ) It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, the linens, towels, dishes, etc. was top notch. The large downstairs game room was a great idea, we enjoyed playing several games of air hockey during our stay. The third bedroom and bathroom is also downstairs. We spent a lot of our time on the front deck enjoying our coffee, or evening with a glass of wine, overlooking the beautiful valley below. ( two lounge chairs on the deck would be nice) ) Overall the BEST accommodations we had! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it an 11. Note.. we thought we booked through VRBO, but somehow Evolve took over and charged us with a 45 dollar insurance fee that was non refundable.. was not happy about that. I will definitely make sure not to go through Evolve again..

Awesome Property
It was a super nice place. I would move in if I owned it but I'm glad you make it available to travelers like us. You provided some much more than most VRBO hosts, fresh cookies, snacks, coffee, laundry soap and etc. Thanks for letting us use the garage to park our motorcycles and vehicles in. I would HIGHLY recommend this location.

Amazing home!

The BEST

Perfect stay near great trails
The house was great. Our family enjoyed it and it was located far enough away from town to fill isolated but close enough to make a run for essentials. Trails nearby in any directions you head. Comfy beds. The only recommendation I could think of was a dimmer for the lights in the living room. I would stay here again next time we travel to the Ozarks

Rode down from MN. It was unseasonably hot. When we arrived at the house it was cool and comfy! We consisted of 3 couples. All rooms were perfect! The icing on the cake was we had a garage to keep our bikes in! The views at night are nothing short of breathtaking!

Awesome place with an awesome view
Place was everything we hoped for and then some. 3 couples trailered our motorcycles to ride in beautiful Arkansas. Pulled in and felt like we hit the jackpot! View was amazing and the place was just awesome. Had everything we would need along with a basket of snacks and homemade cookies. Jena was great to work with and responded to all my texts. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay here. Jenas place is lovely, clean, roomy and very inviting. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jena for sharing your home with us.

The home is amazing! Comfortable, immaculately cleaned, and stocked with EVERYTHING you need! Lots of small personal touches from the host! Absolutely the best rental we have ever stayed in! Amazing stay
This property offers everything you can think of wanting or needing. The hosts have thought of it all. We enjoyed our nights by the firepit and days waking to the spectacular view. The young adults with us had the downstairs to play games, karaoke, and stay up late without disturbing those of us that go to sleep before midnight. No worries of showing up late without food, the hosts offer several options to hold you over until you get to the store the next day if needed. In addition to the home being amazing, we were located under an hour of everything we wanted to do from hiking to waterfalls, atv riding, caverns, and canoeing on the Buffalo River. We have several friends now looking to book this beautiful home for their trips.

Perfect Mountain Retreat
The property was perfect for a good getaway retreat, with lots of tables, seating areas, and outdoor space to relax and have intentional time with those you're with. The view is amazing, and lighting in the house allows you to see the sunrise and have a productive day.

This was the nicest, cleanest place I have ever stayed. The host went above and beyond with even the smallest details that made our stay like being at home. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were soft and plush and the furniture and extra blankets were very inviting. I stay frequently through VRBO and B&B and this was by far the best stay!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This was a Christmas present for my parents (a weekend away with the family). The property is new and clean with phenomenal amenities. The owners make sure that everything is ready for a relaxing stay (yes, including the DELICIOUS chocolate chip cookies). I can’t find even the slightest criticism of this property. My dad has mobility issues and was very comfortable during the stay. There were also lots of games in the coat closet for a lazy Saturday. If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place away from everyone with spectacular views, look no further.

Perfect for wheelchairs & children!
This house was perfect for our family which included young children, adults and a wheelchair. It was all single level entries with a spacious garage to pull in and stay warm while loading and unloading. The doorways were very spacious for a 29in wide wheelchair, with easy access to all the outside decks, living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bathroom is truly wheelchair friendly with an open under-sink access (no cupboards to block), large shower with sturdy shower bench (accommodated up to 350lb), and toilet that was easy to roll up to and transfer over. The master bedroom was also very spacious and the bed was a bit lower for easy transferring. The mattress topper is removable for firmer support if needed. There is a stairway down to the basement inside the house, but for wheelchair access the person can go out the front door or garage entries and roll around the side of the house to the basement entry. This is a bit steeper slope so assistance may be needed if not using a power wheelchair. The pathways are all very smooth with hard packed gravel. The bedroom & bathroom in the basement are also wheelchair accesible. We really loved our stay at Sunrise Point and encourage any accessibility needs to use this home - and the view is pretty amazing too! Thank you Jena & crew for your hospitality and working so hard to accommodate accessibility needs - you have a gem of a home!

Fantastic property
This house is perfect for a weekend getaway with friends or family. Close to town but not too close. More importantly, close to the trails and the beauty of the Buffalo National River. The house itself is immaculate. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and the living areas are perfect for gathering. The owners were communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

This is a premium property!! We are three retired couples and we all loved staying here. It is about 7 miles from Harrison so we were able to enjoy restaurants there. We had a fantastic wake up to a sunrise over a foggy valley that was quite memorable. We will stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.
