“Property was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved my stay here. ”

“Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable room. The room was nice and we liked the room setup. The light in the shower area needs replaced with a bright white light because the light that was installed is a dungeon light, very dim. During breakfast there was a group of people standing around being loud, not moving to let others serve themselves, which was all very rude(not the hotels fault). ”

“The hotel check-in is at 2 PM and they were friendly, room was clean. Even the fire escape, which I sometimes take for exercise was clean. Hot Breakfast was good. Highly recommended and I would stay here again!!”

“Cynthia at the desk was amazing and super friendly. All of the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the amount of noise around and in the property when 9:00 pm was the "quite time". I would have to sleep with headphones and music every night because there was so much noise by tenants as well as outside parking lot noise going on ALL night long which was stressful.”

“Loved the staff at the beginning. However, the young lady on the morning was a little odd. Not as friendly or helpful. Awkward actually. (It was 3:00am) She was not like the rest of the awesome staff we encountered. Expedia was an issue for them. Which the staff handled wonderfully. They usually deal with issues on the Expedia side. The rooms are great and clean and love the beds. Was hoping they had housekeeping services. Which they did the one day only. Not sure how that works. I like it……

“The room was a little smaller with the one king bed - the bathroom was huge, but had problems with the shower - it was a handicapped shower and the first night my husband turned on the H20 full speed & the H20 ran all over the bathroom. Maintenance did come following morning, but could not fix it while we were in room & no other rooms were available. The rest of the time (4 days) we took showers with low water pressure! Otherwise, the room was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful and the……
