"Loved the staff at the beginning. However, the young lady on the morning was a little odd. Not as friendly or helpful. Awkward actually. (It was 3:00am) She was not like the rest of the awesome staff we encountered. Expedia was an issue for them. Which the staff handled wonderfully. They usually deal with issues on the Expedia side. The rooms are great and clean and love the beds. Was hoping they had housekeeping services. Which they did the one day only. Not sure how that works. I like it...
