"Real comfy place to stay. Full kitchens with all the utensils and cups and pans, so you can bring your own food and cook. Log burning fireplace for a real fire in the cabins. Grounds needed to be cleaned up, but I guess the resort just reopened to the public after housing ski resort employees. Those employees need to clean better, the gal the runs the place was completely overwhelmed and I felt sorry for her. "

They are on small lots and seemed on top of each other. So it wasn’t the wilderness experience I was expecting. Also not very tourist friendly as only homeowners are allowed to use the lake."

"The house was clean upon arrival and nicely furnished. The upstairs bedrooms are good sized. The kitchen had most of what we needed. Downstairs bathroom appears to be updated and had better water pressure than the upstairs one. The outside deck has a nice view into the trees and is large. Some kind of repair needed for a covered hole there, but no problems with it. Location is just a short drive to the Village. "Our second time here. All that matters about this place is the 180 degree ocean view. Just spectacular. Of course we also love the ease of checking in, the well stocked kitchen, and San Clemente in general. Seems to us that SC is a little less touristy than beach towns north and south. "We had a wonderful Spring skiing adventure staying at the Wrightwood Getaway Rustic cabin. Kelsey was an amazing host, answering questions and providing great tips (Taco Tuesday!). We had fun playing billiards and getting cozy by the fire watching movies. The proximity to the slopes and restaurants was close and accessible. "This house worked well for our winter vacation. Our main criteria for choosing this property were the kids game equipment, pet friendly property, and flat driveway that isn't difficult when covered in snow. We found the house to be nice and clean, and easy for our small dog to settle into. The kids gaming equipment all worked perfectly well, and they enjoyed it!
