“We loved staying at this property. The kids have already asked to come back sometime during the summer. My siblings and I all grew up in Hickory. My Mom is still there. My brother came to stay with my Mom for a few days. My husband and I and our 6 children rented this place so that we could be close while my brother was in Hickory. It was the perfect place for all of us to hang out and have a meal together. We loved the pool. Someone was always in a kayak. Fun fact: you can see cove that this……

“Husband and I went for a quick getaway. Everything was clean and convenient. The cats were so sweet and nice company to have while you sat on the balcony and looked at the lake. Fishing was extremely relaxing as well. They had board games for the rainy night we had and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved it and would definitely try to go again.”

“My father and I and my dog stayed at the cottage to visit my daughter who attends LR for a track meet. The beds were super comfy. My dog loved the yard to play frisbee and round around. “This place is truly a hidden gem, it is located in a quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to the private beach. We came down to escape the cold weather for a week of relaxation and visit with our daughter attending University and this place did not disappoint. The host thought of everything from beach toys, lawn chairs, towels and all kinds of board games and ping pong, darts etc. He was very accommodating and quick to respond. We would absolutely recommend this spacious, beautifully……
