"Great view of the gulf! House was clean with the exception of a dead palmetto bug in vent above dining table (no tools so still there). No other bugs inside, however, the small black ants were crazy by the pool, trash can area and parking area. Quite a few in rental vehicle on way back. The owner needs to fix the entry door because when it rained a lot, it flooded when we opened the door. Lastly, the gate into the pool by water faucet in parking area would not lock. (Furniture on other side of duplex was much nicer.) Loved the area and would definitely stay in the area again. "

We rented both East and west sides of the house the whole house we enjoyed ourselves immensely, and Rebecca with the Properties management company was one of the best girls we had ever dealt with. We want to thank them and also want to thank all the restaurants for feeding us so well such great seafood we had a great week."

"A large, lovely home nestled in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the beach. Large bedrooms and bathrooms and big porches on each level. So helpful to have a beach umbrella and beach chairs to use. If you stay here, you may need to pick up a roll of paper towels, napkins, and make sure to bring your own laundry detergent. We ran a load of towels halfway through our visit. Only negatives are we weren't able to access the ping pong area and the main area slip covers need a wash. Highly recommend!!"

"My wife and I have been staying at houses on 30A for years, and this one is our favorite. It has a wonderful sleepy West Coast beach house aesthetic, is surprisingly spacious, and is laid out for gatherings and good hangs. It's situated on a quiet street that's a short walk to Grayton beach and Red Bar (our favorite dinner spot in the area). So, the location can't be beat. So yeah, if you're looking for sort of a chill, vintage, convenient, lovely, and affordable experience on one of the best beaches in America, we 10/10 would recommend!"

"Property was great! The house was beautiful and very comfortable. House was well equipped and advertised accurately. Beach views everywhere and we enjoyed starting and ending our day outside on the porch with oceanviews. The location was great and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Beach access was great too. Grayton is a wonderful place to stay. The host was prompt and very helpful answering questions. Overall a fantastic trip with family and friends celebrating our daughter who leaves soon for college. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home."

"Great place! Comfortable. Great breakfast and the shuttle will pick you up and drop you off at Grayton beach. It’s not a far walk if you want to walk it. Red Bar was great for dinner. "
