Stayed in deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the mountainside. Peaceful. Breakfast was simple but good. Fresh coffee all day. All staff was friendly and helpful. Centrally located to attractions ( 6 mi from Rushmore) and great restaurants. The room and lodge were very clean

Exceptional staff and cleanliness. Balcony was a nice surprise. It overlooked the mountainside and was a great place to relax.

This was, by far, the CLEANEST place I’ve ever stayed!!! The views from the deck were amazing! The hot tub was soooo awesome!!! WiFi was good for texting and some surfing but not necessarily for streaming. However, staff was very prompt to come check on it! We were there during the off season so it was super quiet and peaceful ♥️ We loved seeing all the deer and bunny rabbits!!

We were there in the off season but it was quiet and beautiful. We were able to grill and spend time in the hot tub. It was close to all the major sites we wanted to visit. It was great!

Posted Oct 8, 2023 on HotelsIt was the host hotel for the Crazy Horse Marathon and provided shuttle bus to and from the race. The road getting there was under construction, the pool, restaurants, bar, hot tub…were all closed! Internet was not available I imagine if I was there when everything was open…during the summer… it would be a fabulous place to spend time! As for me…running a race…I would have preferred to be downtown with restaurants and other amenities available!
