The hotel is under construction which we had read beforehand so that wasn’t a surprise. The young lady that checked us in was kinda rude and very robotic. No personality at all. Parking isn’t ideal as if the front lot is full, you have to park a walk back from the hotel in the dark with no lights. The walls between rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything which wasn’t ideal. The price was great though and we were at the beach for the most part. Once the remodel is done and if they get better help at the front desk it may be a better experience. One thing that I may suggest working in customer service is that whoever is the face of the hotel (check in) sets the tone for the entire stay. I would suggest to have someone with better customer service skills welcome your guests.

Hotel for great rates for last-minute getaway and beach access. Perfect for Walking and biking. Tiny pool. Hotel room was immaculate. No restaurant. Quiet property. Staff did not seem happy. There was blood on the patio near the Pool (someone may have cut their foot?)
