"Great location, literally one street off from Bui Vien but no issue with noise. Very convenient to little shops and food stalls including motorbike rental. Gets a little tricky in the alley but you’ll get use to it. Grab order are easy assessable as well. Stayed here off and on for a few weeks, great for the price. AC can be a little colder but wasn’t an issue, clean and simple inside the room. Would recommend especially for the price and location."
