"Communication was very easy, and the staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. They had my favorite Starbucks K-pods 😊, which made me very happy. There were plenty of towels in the room. Everything you could need in the kitchen was there. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner did not cool the room sufficiently. We had two very hot nights. If the air conditioner had worked better, everything else was perfect."

"Great location with amazing views of the ocean to the east and the city to the south and west. The condo itself is comfortable and very nice compared with a few others in that area. Amenities are top notch and beach access is a breeze. The only thing holding this back from 5 stars was the resort fees and parking fees. Overall they are not a big deal, but it was not mentioned in the description and it does end up raising the overall cost by about 20%. Still well worth it in my opinion."

"The unit had plenty of space and a lovely view. Kitchen worked well, although it could use more pots/pans if you plan on cooking meals there over a longer stay. Some reviews have complained about the elevators, but only once did we have a long wait around 10:30 in the morning. The beach was very crowded but that was to be expected around spring break time. The pool area was nice, but was also crowded on a nice day and it could be hard to find a spot. The building seemed pretty secure. You need...

"Slightly disappointed with the quality of the Murphy bed. Great location. Nice pool area. Easy access to the beach. Older but clean."

"My room was in need of painting and was rough around the edges, but it was clean , the ability to use 4 or 5 different pools very close to hotel, and easy to access was very cool. I was surprised pool was not at the property l booked but in the end it really did not matter. Super large room , pretty quiet , it was fair for the price , and you can see they are working at improving it ."
