“Excellent experience and service.”

“The Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa was an absolutely beautiful and amazing stay. The staff was next level, the cleanliness was top tier, the amenities are exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon. We are avid snorkelers, to our surprise black rock had variety of fish and even turtles! I will say, I wish they had let us know about the Luau that they host and on what schedule, but I should have easily planned ahead and found that out myself. I ignorantly assumed it'd be all weekend.……

“Location and pool area are fantastic but the food at the pool bar is awful. The hotel needs updating too. The elevator and hallways smell old and musty. Our washing machine didn’t clean the clothes at all and the oven literally took 30mins to preheat. We had an ocean view but it was not direct and for what we paid for the room, I felt ocean view was false advertisement. You can’t see it from the living room. Bartenders and staff were fantastic though.”

“Great unit and location. As others stated the unit is dated but it was very clean and has everything you need as well as extras like beach equipment, chairs, a cooler and lots of kitchen essentials. Walking distance to ABC, a grocery store and food trucks. The view was outstanding and the pools and grounds were beautiful. Would definitely book this unit again. ”

“The view was breathtaking! Definitely the reason we would come back. However, a few things that didn’t meet our expectations were the following: -overall checkin was frustrating and communication was lacking from the property management company. -lack of items in unit such as towels. None in the kitchen and no face towels. -shower/bathroom was a bit untidy when we arrived. -listing is a bit deceiving as the photos show the ocean front pool which is not apart of the complex. “This was a great place to stay in Maui for families. The washer and dryer were so very useful, the beach was beautiful, and we enjoyed the resort pool as well. Check in was easy; it is just like checking in at any other Westin.”

“We had the best stay at Maui Marriott Ocean Club! Everything went smoothly from the time we checked in. The best part was the free parking in the garage! Our condo had the most incredible view from the balcony. We loved the kitchenette and fridge fir all our groceries we bought before we arrived. Our condo was on Kaanapali beach, so we were able to walk to the beach every day. The pool was beautiful and so tropical with gorgeous landscape. We loved that there was a Starbucks and a few……

“I was very happy to find this good value for money hotel when I came to Maui for the first time. My room number is 301 located at the corner of the building and for two consecutive nights the strong wind outside kept knocking on my door so I couldn't sleep well all night. My experience this time was really bad. Fortunately, I only stayed for two nights and hoped to leave here as soon as possible.”
