"I like that this property is so close to the beach and shopping area. The gym and laundry facilities located on the same floor was convenient. I was able to work out while waiting for the laundry to be done. The manager’s reception with live music and the breakfast with miso soup daily sweet fresh pineapple were really enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Tip: Hilton Honors membership...

The driveway was more narrow due to the presence of scaffolding but no other significant impact or inconvenience was caused by the construction. Excellent swimming pool, bar, and restaurant on location. Easy walk to Waikiki beach, shopping, and other dining options. "Great location. It's pretty clean overall. I gave a 4-star rating for cleanliness because I did see a small cockroach once in the kitchen area. I think the property needs renovation badly. The furniture looks old. The rooms have stone tiles with poor sound proofing, so you can hear everything above, below and next to you. The noise kept me awake many nights. "

"The lift wasn’t working our whole 7 day stay and there were no ramps. It was hard to use our stroller with 2 kids. Also, there was an instance where it smelled like weed in the garage and the security guard came up to our car as we were getting out and accused us of smoking (mind you, we have a baby and a toddler).
