FREE PARKING, FREE Wifi, NO RESORT FEES. Tiled floor throughout unit. Updated kitchen cabinets and granite countertop. Conveniently located one block from Waikiki Beach, this NON-SMOKING, one bedroom unit is close to a variety of activities including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Surfing and other water activities. The Waikiki Banyan offers an incredible recreation deck offering heated pool, two hot tubs, and BBQ grills. The lobby offers a coffee shop, convenience store, and beautiful local art. Located on each floor are laundry facilities.
Located on the 9th floor in Tower 1, this unit features granite counter tops in a full sized kitchen including dishwasher. This unit has a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy morning coffee on the lanai with both partial ocean and mountain views. Included in the unit is a flat screen television in the living area, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. Included in your reservation is FREE PARKING worth $35 per day! Parking garage height limit is 6 feet. High profile vehicles will not be able to enter garage due to height limit.
Check in time is 4pm, checkout time is 11am. Early check in or late check out may be available and must be inquired about at time of reservation.

Wonderful stay
We had a great time we were arriving a few hours before check in and she was very accommodating to let us check in early. The room was exactly as listed. The bed was very comfortable lots of pillows, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach gear. The ceiling fans were great at night so we didn't have to run the AC all the time. The location was great we didn't have to rent a car as we had planned to do. We would definitely stay again. The only draw backs were out of the owners control. It's an older building and one of the elevators was out of order so it could take awhile to get in and out. The pool area had construction on going that was very loud it sounded like they were drilling right above us but it was 3 floors down. It rained very hard a couple days so we stayed in but there was no sleeping in because the work started early the only relief was on the weekend. We really did have a good time minus the noise.

Great accomodation, clean and accurate.
We really enjoyed our 9 days or so in Monique's condo. The building is a couple of blocks from the beach. Everything is close by. The condo was accurate to the listing. Clean and had the supplies needed to get going. Parking was included too. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and well furnished. Nice view from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach. The only negative was the sliding door that should separate the bed from the living area wasn’t operational, and this is something we wanted.

Banyon Tower 1 Unit 902
All was well, except when we communicated that the kitchen faucet was dispensing only a dribble of hot water. The owner's response was to thank us for bringing the matter to her attention. We expected the problem would have been fixed immediately. We spent several days having to transfer hot water from the bathroom to the kitchen in order to wash pots and pans. We didn't complain about the sliding doors to the bedroom being inoperable...the fact that the bedroom doors couldn't be closed was nevertheless a very annoying condition.

Great Location
We were very happy with this place. The location was close to everything, walking distance. We loved that the parking was included. It was easy to find, and the directions in the listing were very accurate. The condo was great! It looked exactly like the photos and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for a great stay!
