The bathroom was very dirty, the customer service was terrible was not provided towels when it was more than one guest in one room. The front desk clerk was very rude and did not have any patience. All of the gym equipment did not work and they might as well kept the gym closed. Trash was left in the hallways for more than two nights. Roaches crawling in the walls which was very nasty. When room service did finally enter our room they did not clean up the restroom they did not provide toilet paper and removed towels that did not belong to the hotel.

The property was dirty and unkept. There was rust in the tub and bathroom area. The carpets were nasty. I did not stay. I asked for a refund and found another hotel. The hotel still charged me for one night, although I didn’t stay.

This property is ran down it does not look like photos that are advertised on Expedia. Carpet ripped in hallways. Bad smell throughout the building. No towels in our room when checking in. The grass is at least 10 inches tall. Washcloths had holes in them. This property needs alot of attention. Extremely disappointed in Hyatt expected better.

They don’t have any towels when you need it. The service was really bad. I had the impression that it would be the same as the hayatt place at LAX. But it wasn’t. And the only reason I went for this hotel is because I had a great time at the lax one. This Houston north was no where near good

For starters when you pull up to the property it looks terrible.. grass real high just looks like nobody in there.. than your ppl you got working at the desk to check ppl in.. one guy was just sitting there on his phone playing a game or watching a movie.. not sure.. but get in the room.. tv..you hear the sound but no picture.. water in shower took long time to drain out.. but the kicker was ..my best friend went to cut the air down some and seen big cockroach!! I was pissed.. no phone in the room so i used my cell phone.. it was another guy there and he acked like he cared versus the other guy.. but changed our room for us.. but overall it was a BAD experience. Whoever is in charge of that place needs to do better.. had ppl trying to sign in.. standing out there for a long time with no one to check them in .. I’m from NC 1st and last time going to that hotel! It looks like ppl are there for just a check Looking at the outside .. I would have never booked there but unfortunately pictures on line are different in person!! It looks run down!! Yall really need to do better!!!

It appears that the property started renovation but stopped. The landscape looks as though no one cut the grass, bushes etc in 2 years. Room was clean, but the rugs in hallways need replaced asap, massive stains. Just need some tlc and it could look and feel worth it.
