“Service was good, lobby was nice. Furnishings and trim in the room were worn; there was something sticky on one of the tables so was not properly cleaned. The curtain rod in the shower was sagging downwards which caused the curtain to also want to sag towards the middle. Pool are was clean and well maintained. Beds firm and very comfortable; air conditioner worked well. Overall a pleasant stay though the room could use some renovation.”

“We arrived to the hotel (at 1am) after a 3 time delayed flight. Upon arrival, the front desk associate (I don't think I received his name) was just as pleasant as he could be. He gave us information about our visit and Huntsville in general, as well as wear to purchase essentials and clothing because our suitcases were on another flight! What a trip! But it was great to stay at such a clean hotel with a welcoming staff!”

“First room had smoke smell, electronics in bathroom broken with exposed wire, bed cover had cigarette burns and maybe not fresh sheets, and bathroom floor was sticky. Clerk promptly got us a new room and reviewed first room. Second room much better, but TV never worked and hairs in bathtub and countertop. Clerks were friendly and helpful, breakfast okay and welcome. ”
