"I have stayed at this property multiple times. I noticed this time that they added a $20 self parking charge per night which I have never noticed before. You can park 50 feet away from the property in the adjacent business parking lot. The price per night is worth it but once they add a $47 resort fee and $20 parking fee, you can stay at better properties in the area,"

"This was our 3rd stay for my wife and me. It was the best so far. The staff was friendly. Special recognition to I believe his name is Oscar. His shirt said maintenance on it. He was so helpful to us and everyone else yesterday Monday. Extremely polite. He went out of his way to get us towels and even a bottled water. The pool was awesome. Our room was comfortable including our private pool. The shower pressure was amazing! Thank you!"

"The hotel inside and out was beautiful. Loved the pool area, had several lounge chairs with umbrellas, the cabana was a great experience with great service. The room was a little dim, the fridge was too small and you could hear the noise in the open lounge thru the door. Even with a few negatives I will absolutely return for another trip"

"We live this place and will come back. Staff needs some training on friendliness. We weren’t welcomed by staff and they seem really unhappy. Most resorts we go too say help to you when you walk in. They have a smile on their face and make you feel welcomed. Checking in was stressful but once we got to our room, we were very happy with everything. Food by the pool is great!!! Great drinks too. Pools are clean and wasn’t overly crowded. Water slides are fun. The restaurant is closed but you can order breakfast and lunch at the pool bar. We ended up staying another night. I went to the lobby to chat with some one to book another night and the lady wasn’t very nice. So we just booked it through Expedia! Otherwise this resort is awesome. "
