“I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. ”

“The host cancelled my stay 30 mins before check in. Said they had a medical emergency which happens. Still inconvenient that there was not a backup plan or any attempt to help us find another place. I’ve been a host before and have had instances where I need to cancel last minute and I always did everything possible to help the guest. Luckily we found a hotel last minute although it was more expensive”

“Check in was friendly and helpful. We showed up at 4 and our room was ready. To get your wristband key they send you over to the timeshare counter. The gentleman we got was friendly and I did not find him too pushy. I explained I would not sign up for anything until I saw the whole resort and room and we went on our way. Then we just did not answer the phone in the room when it rang so that ended time share for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is lacking things like……

“Property was great - just as advertised. The villa was great for our visit to Plam Desert, primarily to watch the tennis tournament. Property owner was easy to work with. The Westin is a great location and the grounds are very nice. We would rent here again.”
