"It was a tight squeeze to get in/out but the bathroom was big enough and the small kitchen was nice. The closet too was good. There was a stone path to the back and lots of outdoor lights. I liked the picnic table. The host has multiple private rooms they book out so you may run into other VRBO customers. The bathroom air freshener was a bit too strong I wish I could turn that off"

"We were coming to Jacksonville for a concert at Daily’s Place and decided to stretch it out and stay a few nights near the beach. Great place to stay, very clean and modern space. Nicely decorated with a beach surf theme. Just a few steps to the beach which is beautiful and stretches on and on. Convenient to dining within walking distance. It was a great choice for our long weekend!"

"I needed a place to stay a few nights by myself because my wife was not able to come with me. I didn't want to pay for a large unit a hotel with amenities I would not use, such as a conference room, free breakfast, office with a printer, etc. This was priced perfectly and was basically equal to a hotel room, only not as costly. The pool is nice, but I did not have time to use it. The bed was very comfortable. I have degenerative disc disease and have to sleep on a level bed, not one that sags...

"My family of 4 stayed in this lovely home and had an awesome short but eventful spring break trip in Jacksonville. The location of the home was not too far from the beach and not to far from shopping! We loved competing in the Jacksonville-opoly game and the kids loved playing the foosball game in the home. It was a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and we felt very safe. I would recommend this home!"

"This rental is well located, walking distance to beach. Easy access as well. The unit is on lower level so we could hear people walking or moving furniture above. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and wagon were available, which was very nice. There were no spices in the kitchen though and the bed was noisy. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

She was just out of the hospital from a liver transplant and we needed a safe, clean, well maintained place to stay. We found it with Ashley at this location. The unit was very clean with just enough of the necessities needed. Ashley was helpful and easy to reach by text. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Basic furniture and minimum appliances. Overall nice unit everything appeared newly built or upgraded. Very nice modern shower but no shelve or place for soap or shampoo . Kitchen electrical outlets location makes them almost unusable."
