"The staff here was so kind to our family at check in. We had our airbnb cancel on us the night before due to a plumbing issue. We scrambled to find somewhere for our family to go on a holiday weekend just hours before we were to hit the road. They were able to give us adjoining rooms thankfully since we are a family of 5.
