Kick back and relax on Amelia Island in our piece of oceanfront paradise. Watch pods of dolphins from the balcony or take a yoga break while listening to the waves. This spacious open floorpan located in one of America's favorite small towns invites you to sit back and relax during your time at the beach.

With three sofa sleepers (plus a master bedroom!) and two full baths, our spacious condo is perfect for large families, a group of friends, or those that simply want more space to spreadout!

A fully stocked kitchen invites family time together or use the Grills on the beach
for evening smore's.

Ocean views abound for morning coffee on the balcony, or an evening glass of wine.

And, for those days at the beach, its just 300 steps until you reach the sand!

Conveniently located at Main Beach, it is centrally situated on Amelia Island. It's just 1.8 miles to the historic downtown and about 2 miles north of the Ritz Carlton and Omni properties.

Beautiful condo!
We loved the condo! The location is very close to a state park and the historic area. Sherri recommended David's for our anniversary dinner at it was amazing! The condo has a nice size closet and the whole place was clean and well stocked. The view was better than we expected. The beach is very close, but we spent most of the time at the pool. You can gain entry to the pool via the 1st floor or going outdie and going around the building. The key that opens the storage room also opens the door by the pool. I would definitely stay there again. You have 2 restaurants within walking distance and a put put golf right there as well. The historic area has a lot of cute boutiques and restaurants. Sherri was extremely easy to communicate with. The only issue we had was VRBO. I could access the attached forms from the movile site. You will need a pc.

Best Weekend ever!

Beachy vacay!
Overall everything went well. We had trouble with the TVs and communicated this with the owner. She was very quick to reply and sent a maintenance guy over to check it out. She did her best to fix the problem. We didn't bother her again with the issue, just enjoyed the beach. All in all, it's a nice place with a great location and owners who respond quickly.

Perfect in every way!
Condo was just as pictured. Bed and living room furniture was very comfortable. Sunrise over the ocean was viewable from the bedroom and beach access was great. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Beautiful condo
I cant say enough about this condo and the owner Sherri was so prompt with any questions we had. Very clean, great view and easy access to beach. condo very open and spacious. Master bathroom was so roomy for my husband & I and we both could have our own privacy. Pool was great and walking distance to the sand bar. Easy drive or bike ride to downtown shops & restaurants. I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful Location
The owner communicated with me several times before our stay and answered any questions I had. The location was perfect! We are beach people and are very picky about where we stay. The Main Beach park was right next to us, but to the right of us, it was very uncrowded. The beach front is very expansive, with lots of room to spread out. In the evening, you could walk 3 minutes to restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sherri. ❤️ 😊

This beautiful, spotless condo is steps from the water. You can watch the waves roll in from the balcony. Quiet, spacious and located on a beautiful stretch of Fernandina Beach, this third floor condo is a perfect getaway spot.

Super unit in sweet location!
Everything was positive about our 1 month stay Location - Direct beach access; 2 miles from town, perfect! Unit - Better than advertised. Clean, quiet unit, great view of ocean. Comfortable beds and seating. Well supplied kitchen including starter supply of paper goods, detergent, etc. Fully stocked beach closet - chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. Extras - covered parking, elevator access, friendly on-site maintenance, great communication with owner. Only issue we had (sink drain) was quickly remedied. I would definitely recommend this property and owner to anyone interested exploring the Island. We had a great stay!!

Great Place to Stay!
What a wonderful experience at this place! The only issue we had was the weather. Easy to get in and out of, very comfortable unit and it had everything we needed. Great location to the beach and restaurants/town. I wish the weather was as good as the experience. This was our first VRBO that we stayed at and we would happily do it again. The owner was extremely accommodating to our requests and I would highly recommend for a family vacation!
