Cigarette smoke smell in room
发布日期：2024年6月2日 发布在：HomeAwayImmediately when I walked into the cottage the smell of cigarettes was strong. I called to let someone know. She argued with me about the smoke smell since she had been in the cottage cleaning it. She also said the tenants were heavy smokers and only smoked outside. She could not offer me another space since they were full. I asked for a refund. She said that was not an option either. I felt as if she really did not care about helping solve the problem. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Cozy place to stay

We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place

We didn't come across any pajamas that were left in the room. Housekeeping turns in all items left in the rooms, where they are logged and stored. If by chance something shows up I will definitely let you know.

Cute little hideaway
发布日期：2024年5月10日 发布在：HomeAwayThe Sea cottages are a cute hideaway. Just off the highway but quiet back in the cottages. Loved the location. Only a block from the beach and a shirt drive to the town in Fernandino. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The staff was helpful when we had a question. Thanks!
