“Our Las Vegas rental house was the perfect choice for our family vacation. With a spacious pool and relaxing spa, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore all of the city's attractions. After a long day of walking around the strip, we were grateful to come back to the house and unwind in the spa. Overall, the house met all of our needs and provided a comfortable, enjoyable vacation experience.”

“I love that this house is at the end of a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the strip. The pool and hot tub were a great place for the 5 teenagers we brought to play and relax. The bed in the Master bedroom was so comfortable with an awesome memory foam top. Most of the other beds had this as well. It was a great place to cook our meals, use the grill and eat outside.”

“Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here!”

“Do not stay here. I rented the house for 3 weeks on a work trip. I wanted to use the hot tub so I had to pay a pool heating fee. When I arrived the pool and hot tub were not heated. I informed the owner. She said she would send out the pool guy. Long story short the pool and hot tub were never heated. I'm pretty sure she knew the heater didn't work and charged me the pool heating fee anyways. AND THEN ignored my request for a refund!! She has continued to ignore my texts requesting a refund.……

“The house was very clean and well situated for the Strip as well as other attractions. We were there for my grandsons hockey tournament and this afforded us family time together in a pleasant environment while being close enough to the attractions of Las Vegas. It was a little awkward that the master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms share the same master bath with only access through 2 bedrooms. There are 2 other bedroom with en-suite at the opposite side of the house which were very nice. This……

“This property is so very nice, fun and a great location. Just needs a little TLC. Easier instructions on hot tub turn on, a better check of the yard after renters (some trash…). The kitchen has dishes to feed 100 but no towels or measuring cups. These are minor concerns but take the house from a 5+ to a 5-.”

“Property was just what we needed for a family reunion. Lots of room for all of us to hang out in the kitchen and living room and the dining room had plenty of space for all of us to eat communal meals together. The owners were responsive when we reached out for clarification on the pool/spa controls. The pool table was underwhelming and some of the games in the unheated garage needed repair, but we did not have young children in our group, so it wasn't an issue for us. Would definitely stay……

“Overall our stay was very good, the house is very spacious and we did not feel crowded at all. The pool was dirty when we arrived, although host stated it was cleaned that morning, it was windy but there was alot of dirt at the bottom, a bit disappointing considering they charge the extra fee to clean it. Sadly the cold prevented our kids from really using the pool. Checking into the house was easy but it did take a few hours for the host to get back to us with the wifi password, which was a……

“We all had a good time at my wife's 75th birthday reunion. The property owner was very responsive and supplied us with everything. She answered our questions about things to do and see in the area She even fixed a minor issue with a clogged bathroom sink while we were there. I would recommend this property to anyone.”
