Quaint place with friendly staff. Great location, we walked to downtown, which was less than a mile. Parking is available on side street. Interesting fact to have the spa/ hot tub (not what we thought it was a small pool) running given the plus 90F temperature, nevertheless the courtyard provided a very relaxing atmosphere. And that is what we did. We would have stayed another night, if we hadn’t had reservations in another place. But we would definitely choose this place again, when we come back to Key West.

Clean and well appointed, but showing age especially with rusty interior light fixtures. Great location. Continental breakfast provided, but lacking. Individually wrapped store bought bagels and muffins could be replaced with local bakery products, perhaps some peanut butter instead of sugar loaded Nutella. Seating area outside for eating breakfast, limited, consisting of half rustic wood furniture that was too dirty to sit on let alone eat off, only two other tables to sit at. We were lucky enough to get a table. Pool was a hot tub that we did not use, could use a clean up/paint job.

Nice and clean, we were lucky to get 1 of the 2 parking spots! The "pool" was a disappointment but at night as a hottub it had more appeal.

Wonderful spacious room for a B&B . Luxury bedding! The grounds are beautiful! Huge jacuzzi pool! Wasn’t expecting daily maid service. So, it was a nice surprise. Recommended it to some friends of ours coming in October and they booked a room right away. Will definitely try to book here again on our next trip down.

Property was cute and unique in a quiet neighborhood. It was located quite far from Duval St but still walkable. We chose the smaller room eith Queen bed. It was wuite small. Barely able to move around the bed. Nice mini fridge. Bathroom had no electical outlets. Had to dry hair in room. It would have been ok if there had been a mirror on the wall.

The Authors of Key West Guesthouse provided yet another wonderful couple of days in the heart of Key West. It was a delight to be back in the beautiful surroundings; the staff were friendly and very accomodating plus the way the proper is locked completely after hours gives great safety and peace of mind when traveling alone. Love this place and already looking forward to my next visit..

The property & room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and even accommodating when we arrived earlier than the check in time (3:00 PM). Pool was clean and quiet. overall would stay here again. check in and check out was hassle free. the majority of things are walkable if not an uber or taxi is available for less than $10 to most places.

We stayed in the Hemingway cottage. Cute and clean. Great little kitchen. Had everything we needed. Comfortable for 4 people for a night or weekend getaway. A little farther walk to Duval than we expected but only a short Uber ride if don't want to walk late at night.

it was a beautiful place to stay. liked the location. Not a very welcoming staff when we came in. didn't like all the ants that invaded the bed. parking was awful, sorry I wouldn't recommend this place because of parking, the bugs and one not so friendly staff member. It was beautiful loved the hot tub.

Very nice place to spend 2.5 days in Key West. We used the pull out queen sofa bed, it would have been more comfortable with a newer mattress. Other than that the place was great!
