"We were greeted by Stephen at the front desk, who was friendly & helpful. Check in was quick. Stephen offered us a complimentary cold beverage, carried our luggage to the room and offered a tour of the hotel. Our room was clean, and well decorated. Bed and pillows super comfy! The bartender at happy hour was great. Pool area and jacuzzi was lovely. Parking was easy. It sounds like from older reviews that The Eden House experienced some growing pains through renovations, however,...

"The Lighthouse Inn has a great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent for folks on the go. Very convenient to Duval Street and the Duval Loop bus stops very close to the hotel, both north and south. Just what we were looking for. "

"There was an industrial size drill, drilling for hours at the beach right next door. Very loudly and not a great view from the beach chairs. Wished the Reach Resort would of discounted the room rates or at least compensated guests with a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience of the noise. "
