“The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although……

“The place was filthy! We attempted to communicate and the host yelled at us argued we were wrong. Called Vrbo and they said the owner needed yo speak with us and come up with a resolution. After a whole hour an agent attempted to connect us with the owner who did not respond. The host “tammy” called me asking for pics…I sent all pics and she still argued. I was in the streets with my children. We couldn’t stay. I have all pics a video. It was scam and inconsideration. Property not as advertised.……

“We enjoyed this tiny house for a quick Spring Break trip. Waking up to the views of the water was perfection! We highly recommend Baja, the restaurant next door, for dinner. Overall, this house was very clean & very updated; property manager Scott was great to work with.”

“Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather upstairs or do their own thing on one of the lower levels. The location to the beach and the 4x4 beach were great! Definitely recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if you don't already have one to drive on the beach, that was the highlight of the trip for the kids. I'd give the house a 4.5 if i could, the one drawback was……

“This property was an absolute dream. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of. The location and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We saw dolphins and the horses came right up to the house on more than one occasion! Even the beach driving was a fun experience that I already miss. Will happily book at the Seashine in the years to come.”

“Even though the property is dated, it is clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Minor issues were immediately attended to. Everyone had a wonderful time... Ceiling fan issues should probably be tended to before hot weather. Thanks for a great time”

“I’ll start with the positives.. the house is very large and has plenty of room for everyone. It is well equipped and has everything you need. There are plenty of dishes, silverware and pot and pans. There are not a lot of glasses though. The views are amazing and the location is good. Now the negatives.., the elevator was not working during our stay. We were called and told about this prior to our stay and decided to still go. But because of the layout of the house an elevator is needed. Caring……

“My husband and I love this little condo complex, the location is great, pool is perfect and short walk to the beach. This unit wasn’t great. We had to call maintenance twice (5 day stay), the king bed was hard as a rock, no extra pillows and it was pretty outdated. The AC worked though! Great stay, we would just try and avoid this unit for next time.”

“Great stay and even better views. Saw horses daily. Nothing but love for this place. The only recommendation I would make is to install blinds/shades on the top level in case of nudist activity or afternoon TV glare. Exceptional though. Hot tub is awesome, too.”

“The only thing I would mention, I’m sorry to say, negatively, is the does to the rooms were very heard to close. You had to pull with all your might until it slammed shut. At any part of the day, who cares? At 6am you hear people trying to shut their doors. All the slamming. Other than that, everything, including breakfast was great. ”
