"We enjoyed a quiet, comfortable retreat. Morning coffee on the front porch rockers. The furnishings include interesting vintage farmhouse pieces. The kitchen worked well for us. We enjoyed game nights at the kitchen table. The caretakers are on the same street and the owner is very responsive."

"The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!"
