"We love the Brookside and balcony in the back of the rooms. The only thing we found was that the carpet was very dirty, other than that we would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"We loved it! The kids loved the swimming area and all of the activities kept them busy. They slept well every night of stay. We even added an extra night. We didn't want to leave!"

"This was a nice property a block from the main road through Gatlinburg, which is an extremely busy road. The river side(town) view from our room and patio was very nice. We could watch the activity of the town with the mountains as a backdrop. The elevators were slow but roomy."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bigger than normal refrigerator. Only thing that would make it better is more comfortable sitting chairs. Also the buffet breaKfast was good."

"The only thing I didn't like was anyone could just get on the elevator and run around the hotel. The stair you had to have your key card to access but the elevator was right beside it and you didn't need anything. "
