Absolutely fabulous hotel. Beautiful old building which has been renovated to a very high standard. Stunning interiors and staff were excellent.
Great location just off the main square near to lots of great restaurants yet very quiet. Worth paying for the amazing breakfast!

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Krakow, only few minutes walk down one street and you’re in the main square. Staff on reception were all really helpful and friendly as were those working in the restaurant at breakfast time. Very pleasant, mannerable and friendly. We stayed in a superior room on the second floor, spacious with all required amenities, loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Excellent location a couple of minutes walk from the busy Square. Staff at hotel were all so friendly and so accommodating. Breakfast was superb. Welcome drink of Processco was lovely. Could not fault the hotel and facilities. We used the pool/steam/sauna after a full day site seeing which so such a lovely end to the day. Would thoroughly recommend hotel

The hotel was fantastic. Our room was superb - clean, nicely decorated, full of special features including electric curtains, adjustable heated bathroom floor.
Without exception the staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming.
Breakfast was good.
We didn't eat in either restaurant but the bar was a pleasant place to sit for a nightcap.
The hotel is located perfectly for a short walk to the square and all local facilities.
I would definitely go back and wholeheartedly recommend.

静かな場所で清潔で安眠できました。が、バスルームがステップフロアになっていて、磨きの大理石仕上でした。
夜中にトイレに行くときに滑ってしまい、危険を感じました。それ以外は、快適なホテルでした。
