“We booked this home because it checked off all of our boxes for our needs for a weekend ladies trip. Each of us had our own bedroom with our own bathroom and there was still room to spare. The home was in a VERY nice neighborhood within a gated community, so it was extremely safe. Super quiet. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. “We have our annual golf trip and it's normally 8 of us, this time we broke up the homes and four stayed in this home. It was very accommodating and the host communicated with us. One thing I loved was the check out process was simple. Some hosts I feel have you doing way too much to check out. It was simple and I made sure to ask what was needed from us. The host was very cooperative on any questions or concerns as well.”

Our impression was maybe this is an income property for a construction company. The house was sparsely furnished/outfitted but functional.
