For the price paid, I got my money's worth. In Vegas you either get a luxury hotel or a bargain. Even the bargains are a overpriced most weeks. The room and facilities were more than adequate, but not luxurious. The elevators in the West Towers failed several times but were dealt with quickly.

Staying at circus circus this time was super convenient. The manor common areas and elevators are pretty beat up, but they are so dang convenient. We were able to park right by one of the doors and take our stuff in. The rooms were just fine. Nothing special obviously, but I think they were better than what we paid for them. We had a fun time visiting the adventuredome and watched a circus act. Still like this place. Did not feel unsafe ever, so I don't know what people are talking about when they talk.

Yes it is old but for the comparative money you will spend on a room in Vegas it is a great value. Our room had been renovated within recent years and was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the Sphere. So get over yourself princess and stay at Circus Circus.

We went for breakfast and were told at the register it was buffet only. We were shown the food area & told to help ourselves. About 5 minutes into the meal, a woman I assume was the manager, approached our table & told us the meal was not complementary. Ok, so why weren’t we directed to pay earlier as we stood at the register? My friend paid $63 for the two of us for a very simple buffet. I didn’t know until later that day how much he paid, or else I would have certainly complained. The food was disgusting. The consistency of everything was like pablum, except the biscuit, which was rock hard. One of the people in our group - a paying guest at the hotel - didn’t want to eat & was just sitting with us on her phone. This same snarky manager from earlier came to our table and told her if she wasn’t eating she had to leave. There were people at only THREE of the probably 50 or more tables in the dining room - a total of SIX customers, including ourselves. That should have been a warning to us of how bad the place was. Two different Über drivers I mentioned the incident to both said that Circus Circus is notorious for its bad food. The facilities in general are showing their age. It’s definitely retro, which is kind of cool, but also kind of sad. We never received any maid service whatsoever for the two days we were there.
