Hotel shared spaces were convenient and nice however some of the core features of the hotel were subpar. 1) the hotel like many charges a mandatory resort fee of 55USD/night per room which includes the wifi and hotel amenities. Our room had 3 guests and we were only allowed to have 2 devices per room. If I am paying a resort fee I expect everyone that's staying at the hotel to be able to log in to wifi. 2) the housekeeping did not come clean our room for 3 days despite us reminding them in hallway 3) our entire hallway on our floor smelled like sewer on our last night it was pretty bad 4) on our last day we requested late checkout since our flight was late- we decided to spend the day at the pool before our flight however as we were getting ready the water suddenly shut off at 11 am sharp. we called the front desk and they kindly comped our late check out a this was unexpected. they said it would come back probably around 2. We waited and waited and it did not come back until 4. This disrupted our entire day as we were unable to shower, use the toilet or even brush our teeth. Unfortunately even though the hotel is very conveniently located on the strip I don't think I'd stay in it again until major core renovations.

Hotel shared space was nice and convenient however unfortunately there were many things that were subpar in the hotel. First of all, we are paying 55USD/night for wifi and hotel amenities however we are only allowed 2 devices per room despite paying for anything over 2 guests in a room. Unfortunately despite this hotel being very central on the strip I don't think I would stay here again until some major core renovations Secondly-the housekeeping didn't clean our room for 3 days despite us reminding the housekeeping when we saw them in the hall Third- on our last night the entire hallway on our floor smelled like sewer Fourth- on the day of our checkout we had requested late check out but the water suddenly shut off from 11-4. The front desk had kindly comped our late check out fee as this was unexpected but this disrupted our entire day as we were unable to shower after the pool before our flight.

The hotel had self check for your reservation but when we tried to check in early, it gave me a room that was not what I booked. Had to go back to the regular hotel check in to fix it. Also, to listen to a drunk couple of guys outside our hall at 500 am talking about a girlfriend is annoying. We had to call security and 40 minutes later they are still outside talking even though they were told to go to their rooms. Not so happy ☹️

I paid, handsomely, for a night at the Paris Hotel. What I got was a night in the hotel’s high rise trailer park. You can disguise it as the “Versailles” tower and pretend it is all the same, but it is back-lot accommodations. I will not stay here again.

The property needs to be updated and carpets need changing. We’ve stayed at many Vegas properties and this was our first stay. I was disappointed with the whole check-in process and even where they make the Uber drivers drop you off at the property. I traveled with my elderly Mother with 3 cases and her cane and the Uber driver left us in the parking garage a far away from the check-in counter. My Mother had a nasty fall in the garage and landed on her face, leaving marks on her face, her left hand was all cut-up and her right hand is incredibly swollen. Check-in was terrible! Huge line with 4 people behind the counter and I had to ask if I could pass people as I left my Mother and the cases at a cafe so I could ask for medical assistance at check-in. Finally, someone came and wrapped her ugly cut hand in a stretchy tensor bandage with no band aids and when I tried to take it off she was in excruciating pain because the bandage stuck to her wounds. Next time I’ll go back to The Wynn where I know we would have had better treatment. Also, if you’re a non-smoker, it’s incredibly disgusting playing a game and having someone blow smoke in your direction all the time. My clothing smelled of smoke everyday.

I was disapointed in my room, it had a musty oder that was strong at different times of the day. It was not what I had expected of that hotel!

Checking into the hotel was a nightmare. We waited in a line that lasted for over an hour. Very few people available to check in all the guests who arrived at the 1600 hour check in time. Horrible!!
