Our hosts Tom and Kem are wonderful, and their cottage is so lovely—-spotless, well appointed with anything we would need (kitchen, bathrooms) and was tradition New England decor. We loved our visit!!!"

"Very clean and easy to “self check in”. It is a nice setting too. We felt safe. The bed, for me was very hard and the pillows were more like morning pancakes. The pillows really need to be replaced. I did not sleep well. Over all a nice place. "

We woke up to 3 inch of snow the morning of our departure, but we were grateful that the plow truck plowed around our car around 530am, and the host left a shovel, car brush, driveway salt to ensure we had everything we needed. Communicating with host/manager was occasionally tricky when AT the cabin- the wifi at the cottage was usually working, but the cell service was so low that once in a while, I got "failure...

I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. "My family really enjoyed this Lake House. The beautiful views of the lake were breathtaking. The house had everything we needed for preparing meals. The kitchen was functional and generally well equipped. The beds in the house were particularly comfortable. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck with perfect views of the lake. The location was great. Lots of wonderful hiking trials in close proximity. My only suggestion to the owners is to give the house a good deep cleaning. Nonetheless,...

"We stayed memorial weekend and it was a very peaceful weekend. Had an awesome fire already made when we arrived and plenty of wood for the whole stay. The dogs were able to explore the river and it was just a restful stay. Definitely will stay again."
