Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood.The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them. No dish towel for wiping counters or tables and the vegetable crisper froze some stuff. Salt and pepper would have been nice to have and maybe an assortment of board games too. Otherwise...

“We loved our stay near the downtown area, but it was very peaceful and quiet. I was a bit hesitant about the space being cramped and dark when I booked, but it was very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Super comfortable! Communication with our host was very easy, the responses very prompt and she had some terrific suggestions on places to go and the best way to get around. I would not hesitate to stay here when I return to Nashville!”

The only negative was the water to the unit was turned off 1 1/2 hours prior to check out time. Which was very disappointing. Not sure why this happened?? Otherwise all good comments!”

“I had never stayed with VRBO before so I didn’t know what to expect. The pictures were completely accurate. The house is very comfortable and plenty of room for 2 people. The home was clean and nicely furnished.The beds were very comfortable and slept great. Having the full size kitchen was a great option too. The only down side was took awhile for the water to warm and low water pressure for shower. The backyard is nice to sit outside but it needs a little maintenance. Overall we loved it and...

“Location was perfect! Cute area, nice breweries nearby if looking to stay away from Broadway. Close to Opry Mills area for shopping and restaurants. Everything was perfect and easy. Beds were comfy! Loved the garage parking! Would definitely stay here again!”

“The overall experience was nice and the host was very responsive. But the RV was not in the location that was posted in the listing. I was excited to view the sunrise out the RV door or view nature. However the RV has been moved closer to the owners property and the view is just the owners house instead. Im addition the second bedroom didn't have curtains on all the windows so not very private. But the price was right and if the RV was in the place as the listing I would definitely stay here...
