The room we were provided with had a faulty door knob/ lock. The keys we were provided with did not work very well. One key did not work at all, which I reported to the office clerk She did not believe me at first, until she walked with me to the room, and soon found out the key did not work. One night it took us 20 min to get into our room. A doorknob does not cost that much, with a working lock.

The staff was very nice and the view was great. The room that we initially got smelled of cigarettes something fierce. Staff apologized and moved us into another room immediately. The second room was clean, but needed some serious work and updating. Replacing the old, chipped, and curling flooring would be a great start. A new coat of paint on the walls, fix the shower rod thats trying to fall off of the wall, and maybe try increasing the water pressure in the shower to at least half the pressure in the sink would be a great place to start. Overall I believe that with some updating, this place could be a real charmer.

We had a beautiful view of ocean. Room itself was filthy. I used 2 tissues and it was empty. Carpet stained and dirty. For price not a great experience.

Your paying for the view, everything else is just meh. There was old food left in the fridge from the previous tenants. Housekeeping wouldn't come in untill we checked out so dont get sand anywhere or your stuck with it.

Really friendly staff and the bed was very comfortable! The room did have a strange musty smell, so we had the windows open the whole time. Overall it was a perfect spot for what we needed!

Our room was a little dated, but it was awesome! It was roomy. Had an excellent ocean view. Had a nice round table and comfy chairs so we could play games. Large TV, microwave, fridge, and close to things in town.

The photo when I booked was very different than the room. The staff were super nice and but the place itself was really rundown. The linens were clean but the coffee maker was dirty, all the furniture was chipped and/or rusty. The walls were had patches of different color paint. It was just really not comfortable, very janky. Good views
