"4.5 stars - I enjoy the large dispenser of lotion and the nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast is nice. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They were extra kind to our young grandkids who were also staying here. They have a little craft area for kids near reception."

"We had a lengthy stay in Denver to attend several family functions. That's the reason we looked for a suite with kitchen. The Residence Inn's decor is somewhat dated, but it was quite clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was great. I disliked having to prepay to get a reasonable rate. Having to fork over an additional $40 for incidentals we didn't use, only to have to wait weeks for a credit back is insult to injury. Thus, the less than 5 star rating. "

"This motel is very economical and as a result bare bones with respect to amenities. It was clean and functional has not been refurbished in decades. Our nonsmoking room was filled with smoke so we had to get another. It took me many phone calls/emails to get my money back for 2 unused nights after we checked out (to there credit, we did get our money back in full)."
