Stayed at the hotel for 1 week. The rooms were pretty clean, came with a safe to store your valuables, refrigerator, tv and a few other things. There’s access to the swimming pool and sauna. The hotel is close by to many food places (all walking distance) and there’s parking If you decide to drive. Overall, great experience!

All the staff we encountered were so polite and helpful. Especially Brent. We changed rooms our first night and he helped us with our luggage. Very sweet man. My real only complaint is how there is no real easy access to the pool. I have bad knees and those stairs were NOT it. It’s a BEAUTIFUL hotel and would love to visit again someday.

I would give it 5 stars everything was amazing except for the cost of parking and alcohol. Way too expensive. I’m sorry but $15 USD for one bottle of corona. That’s insanity.

Unfortunately valet was full when we arrived and self parking was scarce. Some was found up in the 10th floor. Had 2 bad experiences with the restaurant in the lobby. 1)ordered wings to take to the room, the food was missing sauce and was cold, upon taking it back I did not recheck until at the room (my mistake) but the same wings were refried and burnt and inedible. 2)on the second occasions we tried to sit at the restaurant but were told no one was being served at the time although others were reviewing the menu at tables. The hotel has tried to upgrade but it is very old. Some examples are like: open the bathroom door, going into the room, then closing the door just to access the toilet along with quite old, quite old carpeted rooms and bed sheets with stains.

We only stayed for one night, our room is and bed were incredibly comfortable. Our check in was smooth and easy and the staff was courteous and helpful. My only complaint was the limited dining options. We ate at the bar. It was okay. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful.

We've stayed here a couple of times, and the location is conveniently located in downtown but the downside is that walking anywhere around there is not really safe. We decided to walk a few blocks down for dinner and were harassed by a homeless man who eventually seemed to start walking towards us screaming really mean things and looked like he was going to beat us. Right before reaching my kids and I, an armed security guard stopped him. It was scary. As for the hotel, we also went to the pool, and it seemed dirty and not very inviting. There was no one on site and the pool area was dark.

It was my first time in LA , i was a little acared at first . But it was ok . I found the hotel cozy and staff super friendly .there is this grand central market right around corner . About a 2 1/2 block walk . You won’t be disappointed lots of restaurants to choose from all in one place . Although I had a rental I took a bus cuz it was free to go to places around DTLA google maps tells where to catch bus near you and what time bus passes by . There is a Starbucks across the street and also a boba tea place right around corner . Sweet .. if I could give it a 10 I would would .
