“My family traveled over 1,600 miles to watch the 2024 eclipse as well as to stay at this beautiful VRBO. The cabins are adorable, comfortable, and well thought out. The property is simply beautiful with the woods and pond plus it's far enough out of town that the stars were stunning. The wife and kids are already asking if we can come back again! “The GPS is a little off, the driveway to get to the spot is right before the junction of highways 21 and 16. A beautiful spot with magnificent views. I appreciate the coffee pot and the bundle of firewood and the King size bed is comfy. Emily and Kayla made the stay easy. I will be back, when its a bit warmer.”

“This is a beautiful, historic property! Keith, the owner, has done a fantastic job of renovating an 1891 school house into an amazing vacation rental. This place has everything you need to stay however long you want to; fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, nice shower with no trouble getting and keeping hot water, washer and dryer, microwave, deck, small grill...awesome! It was cloudy when we were there, but this would be a wonderful spot to enjoy the stars while sitting on the deck. We also……

“There were wood roaches in the home and we slept in our vehicle both nights. The owner did spray the interior for bugs a few hours after I notified them, but we continued to see live roaches in the house and chose to sleep in our vehicle instead. Other than the roaches, the view from the front porch was amazing!”
