“Security deposit was 120/night and there was a 75 dollar fee that they take out from that. Most staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, spacious. The refrigerator wasn't working and it seem like someone had unplug the dryer to hard because part of it was in the outlet. The gym is very small, the pool was closed. Aside from that we had daily housekeeping and they were doing some construction during the week.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the property is in a good location and breakfast was great given it is included as was the Wednesday social hour. The property is looking a bit old and needs some money spent particularly new carpet, new machines in the laundry. The gym has a good set up but we didn’t use the pool as it didn’t look at clean. Overall for the money this is a great option if you are visiting New Orleans.”

“Chateau Lemoyne is beautiful the common areas have that perfect New Orleans French Quarter charm the room left a little to be desired but we were rarely in it so it was ok. The location was perfect one block away from Bourbon St. so you are not in the party but it’s easily accessible also close to many restaurants everything was within walking distance overall I would stay here again. ”

“The location is in the city center, easy to go anywhere. But if you drive by yourself, it is inconvenient to park, and the cleanliness of the room is average. When we first arrived, the bathroom was very smelly, and there was no exhaust fan to dispel the smell.”
