"We loved our stay at the Pontchartrain Hotel. The friendly staff really made our experience, but the rooms are comfortable and clean, with large bathrooms. We also loved the rooftop bar and the food was great.
Wish we had more time to use the streetcar to tour the area; the brief time we rode it, it was a fun way to see the area."
"I felt safe as a solo traveller. The people working at the hotel were very friendly. Location was great and was very close to the team. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again."
"Great location for a good price, nice room, beautiful bathroom, great neighborhood, on the edge of the Garden District, the best area in New Orleans, courteous staff, they just need to learn to vaccum and dust!"
"Located right next to Trolley stop on the St. Charles line and with a number of nice restaurants nearby, this quaint hotel is very nice and clean and imparts a feeling of old New Orleans to your stay! The staff is excellent."
