I was told by phone that there was parking on site, which there is not, and this was problematic for our stay. However, there is a secured parking lot a few blocks away, and the gentlemen that worked there were tremendous!! Very customer service-oriented and provide a safe parking environment. "The Allen Hotel is a fine piece of architecture. The interior is well appointed. There is no on site dining option as that closed during the lock downs and never reopened. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a exercise room on the lower level with sufficient equipment and a dry sauna and separate steam room.
