"I traveled with my husband and 4 kids (11-18). The house was clean and everyone had their own bed We had everything we needed during our stay. The location was great to go in several directions for different activities. The D-Day Memorial is a must-see in Bedford. We would stay here again if we come back to the area."

"My family and I had a great time at this property with the air hockey, dart board, firepit, & hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked with non-stick cookware, having everything one might need to cook. We cooked many of our meals, so this was appreciated (there's a limited number of restaurants in the area, but we like to cook). Communication with the owner was very easy and good."

"Myself, along with my son and daughter-in-law, were in VA for a family wedding. The initial drive to the property off the main road seemed a never-ending series of hills, twists and turns, especially for folks from the city. But, in fact, the trip in/out was only about five minutes. The property itself was great. A two bedroom, one bath on the lower level of a lovely private home. The house is on a hill so we could drive right to our entrance in back. The unit is all on one floor with no steps...

"I booked this home for my daughter to take her kids on a spring break trip. It was the perfect choice for us. Their plans included taking in a baseball game at Liberty University, frisbee golf, pickleball and a trip to Safari Land. This was the perfect house for them in the right location. The host was very open and easy to reach. We received a great Welcome Guide. The kids loved it so much they asked if we could come back for a summer trip! Would totally book this great home again!"

"We stayed with 2 families for College for a Weekend and Liberty University. We had plenty of space and the spilt bedroom plan worked great for 2 different families being there. Everything we needed was there. Very convenient to the University (less than 10 mins) and there is a grocery store less than a mile away"

"Very clean and accommodating. Inside is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the older charm of the house. The door lock is complicated. I never did fully figure it out and had difficulty every time. Hurt my manliness, lol. The sofa bed sheet did not fit and had to make due until the next day when sheets that fit were provided. We indicated in the reservation that we had 9 guests. But there were towels for 6. We had to make due until more towels were provided the next day. None of these things...

"Enjoyed the decor done so expertly, and appreciated the cleanliness. We donated some knives for the kitchen and 2 mixing bowls. We looked for a book to leave a written note and couldn’t find one, you may want to consider this…"

"The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for our family of 6. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Plenty of parking, linens, and towels. Dishes were plentiful and of good quaility. My favorite part of the home was the screened in hot tub. It was so relaxing to doak and listen to the birds and rain. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"This property was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It fit our family of 4 very nicely. The view from the cabin was beautiful. If you have a boat, there is a dock you can tie up to. I will say the stairs to the dock are very steep and may be challenging for older guests, but they did not bother us. The owner was responsive and easy to work with."
